Seeking a Great Perhaps.
I decided to set up a ChipIn fundraising account. The idea actually came to me while reading a blog and then a news article about the site and idea behind it. Am I really above asking people to help me achieve my goals? Absolutely not! I'll be graduating next Spring with my BA. Beyond graduation there are two major things that I want to do within the next year: travel abroad and go to graduate school. Both require money to accomplish -- more money than my two part time jobs and full load of classes can provide. I'm planning on getting my master's degree in international relations/security. Someday soon, I'd like to work for the government in peace and conflict resolution (pretty much in diplomacy). This has been a dream of my for quite some time.
Why ChipIn? Why not? ChipIn is really neat because it is secure and utilizes PayPal. Who knows... maybe this will help me achieve goals and see the world along the way.
